- The OK Grip

- Start at the base

- Move up

When your milking hand reaches the head of your penis, form an “OK” sign with your free hand and start milking as you did previously with the other hand. Do not milk the head of the penis.
- Finish (Stop before the glans)
Now as your grip reaches your glans, stop immediately! You just have completed 1 jelq! Each jelq should take approximately 2 to 3 seconds. Now try the other hand to start for second jelq.
- Repeat the same process.
Ideally, you should be able to complete 100 jelq strokes every 10 minutes. For the first week, only perform 100 jelq strokes and you can increase the strokes from the second week.
Make sure increasing the strokes not mean to increase the intensity or hurt your penis. From the fourth week, try to perform at least 500 jelqs each day.
- Lubricate your penis before starting, with baby oil or with any other penis lubricant.
- Bring your penis to the erection level by slightly stroking your penis. Make sure your penis should be relaxed enough so that it can easily push the blood through it. Never perform Jelqing with a full erection. An ideal erection level should be as below:
It should neither be in flaccid stage nor completely erect stage.
- First Week: 200 to 300 strokes a day.
- Second Week: 300 to 500 strokes a day
- Third Week: +500 strokes a day is standard.
